1. Visit the official website, select services, and then visa status.

3. Enter your residence file number using your year of issue.
4. Enter your first name as-is on your passport, and select your gender.
5. Specify your correct date of birth in the dd-mm-yyyy format.
6. Enter the Captcha code and click “Submit.”

How Can You Track Your Visa Application

To track your visa application, you need:

• The application number
• Reference number

Ask your visa application service provider for the visa application number and reference number to track your UAE visa status online.

Why Does UAE Visa Status Show “No record found”?

The “no record found” visa status on ICP can mean you are using the wrong portal. Dubai visa → GDRFA, not ICP.

It can also mean your visa has been newly issued and is not yet updated in the system.

Sometimes the passport number or other details are incorrect.
The most common reason is portal mismatch, not a visa issue.

Why Is My UAE Visa Not Showing On ICP or GDRFA?

The visa does not show because it is issued newly. The old passport is entered, or the nationality entered is wrong. If your application is not yet fully processed, it may not appear on ICP or GDRFA.

What Does “Entered – Not Active” Mean in UAE Visa Status?

It means you entered the UAE, but the visa has not yet been activated in the system.

Internal updates also cause delays, or old data is still in sync with the visa, so your visa status shows entered – not active.

You should wait and do not travel to the UAE till your visa status shows “Active”.

Does “Cancelled” mean I am banned from reapplying?

No, a cancelled visa status does not mean you can not apply again. You can apply if you are eligible.

It normally takes 24 to 48 hours for an under-process visa to become active.
